Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on the Cinta website. We would ask you to please read through them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.
Order confirmation
We can only accept your order once authorisation on your card has been obtained. You will then receive an order confirmation from us to the e-mail address you supplied.
Pricing and payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and will give you a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa; MasterCard; Delta; Maestro; and Electron.
All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. This means that your credit card information is encrypted.
All goods will remain the property of Cinta until paid for in full.
Cancellation and amendments
You can cancel or change your order any time before delivery by calling our Macclesfield store on 01625 430047. If your delivery has already been scheduled you can still make changes but we hope you understand that this means we may not be able to keep to the original scheduled delivery date.
Delivery
We are pleased to say that when you shop with Cinta, most products are available in the warehouse and delivered within 14 days (but please allow up to 28 days).
Very occasionally, a popular item shown as in stock may be selling so fast that it's unavailable when we process your order. If this happens we will let you know as soon as we do.
We usually wait for ALL items in your order to be available before delivering to you, but very occasionally we may choose to deliver as items become available. In this instance, you will only be charged for one delivery. We deliver to all UK mainland addresses
Delivery problem
We make every effort to deliver your goods on the scheduled date. However, very occasionally circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel your delivery. Should this happen, you will be contacted as soon as possible and our Delivery Team will reschedule at the earliest available time. We do not offer compensation where a delivery is not made for reasons beyond our control.
If your delivery fails twice because you are not at home, the couriers will return the item to Cinta and you may be liable to pay for the delivery again.
Returns and refunds
We will always refund the full amount or exchange a product, provided these guidelines have been followed.
For obvious reasons we ask that all goods, both furniture and accessories, are returned in pristine condition, unused and in the original packaging.
Please ensure you return any unwanted goods within 28 days.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Returns or exchanges can be done in two ways
You can post any item via Royal Mail to our Macclesfield store. Please ensure full postage is paid or we reserve the right to deduct this from your refund.
Take the item back to your nearest Cinta store within 28 days.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once items have been collected or received.
Product descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and colours are accurate. Please note that goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic processes and variations in computer colour settings.
Privacy policy
We adhere strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998. If you have requested any services from us we will keep your personal data and we may use your name and contact details to inform you of other products and services that we offer. Rest assured, we will never pass on your details to another company
