One of the great things about shopping at Cinta is that most products are available from our warehouse for delivery within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days.
Not all of our range is available for purchase online because some of our items are not easy to deliver to your home in one piece. Please call into one of our stores where a Sales Assistants will be happy to help you.
We only deliver to addresses within mainland UK. If you wish to enquire about a delivery to an address outside of mainland UK, or if an item is currently not in stock and you would like to know when it will be back in stock. We want you to be as passionate about our products as we are. So if for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact our Head Office and providing the items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging we will give you a full refund excluding the delivery charge.
Unwanted items can either be returned to one of our stores or posted back to us. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless the items received were incorrect.
All returns must be made within 28 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
